This four session course, consisting of 8 hours of training is the introduction to the application of ground fighting to self-defense situations. This course will help you develop skills to apply when the fight gets to the absolute closest fight possible ? grappling. We will continue our discussions on the psychology of lethal response, and add ground fighting applications to your combative portfolio. You will learn about center of gravity, balance, protecting and exploiting vulnerabilities, turning the tables on an attacker, and how to end a ground fight quickly. You will learn how to escape from an opponent in a dominant position and continue to develop strength and flexibility to ensure that you dominate the threat.
